The latest Telegram beta version adds new feature.

Rumors about plans to introduce video calls in Telegram have been circulating on the Web for a very long time. try them out by installing the beta version of the messenger.
Telegram said it was working on setting up a secure video calling feature but there are currently no details on when the feature will launch. they are focusing on a Secure and also intuitive platform for Video Calling feature.
So finally Telegram discovered the video calls feature in the beta version of Telegram, which can be accessed by installing the Telegram v7.0.0 apk file by clicking on the “three dots” button in the upper right corner of any chat window and selecting the “Video Call”.
To make a call, the interlocutor must also install the beta version of the application on his device. A full release of the video calls function will take place in the next update.

Facebook wants to stop people from abusing its system, so it's creating a world of bots that can mimic them. To test the platform, the company's researchers released a paper on "Web Enabled Simulation" (WES) - basically a shadow Facebook where users who don't have a human eye want to share, or friend (or harass, abuse and scam). Facebook describes building a scaled-down, wall-off simulation of its platform, with fake users modeling different types of real behavior. For example, a "scammer" bot can be trained to connect with "target" bots that display similar behaviors to real-life Facebook scam victims. Other bots may be trained to attack fake users' privacy or search for "bad" content that violates Facebook rules. It helps to detect Facebook bugs.
